Cell C dpes it again

So, AGAIN, I've been cut off. Why... well, same as every other time, because Cell C overcharged me and I was crazy enough to tell them. So for the last 5 months, I've been charged R51 more than what I should be charged. I notified the woman that calls me after every instance of thepht but she never responded. When I sent the proof of payment through, I notified her and the accounts department again. Yes, I short paid R60, like I told you, but you still owe me about R200. So maybe if you weren't so eager and greedy to get your hands on your slaves money, you'd actually see you're rob bing us. Now, I can't even call "customer service" because my phones blocked, so I pay to call. I get told "oh yes, we owe you money, but up yours, we won't provide you the service for it"? What kind of bull is that? Company policy? It's always the same response. Then, after providing my MTN number to contact me on, you phone my Cell C no. So I ask AGAIN to call on my MTN number, and yet I'm still waiting. Which just happens to be why I have the MTN number, luckily, cause I needed to contact family in the UK last night for a medical emergency and MTN were happy to provide the service. AGAIN
