Last November I purchase in the cell c shop of Knysna a red bull sim card. They assure me they will transfer my previous number to the red bull sim. At the end they transferme somebody else's number (that must be so illegal). Later I was in Durban and in the cell c of Davenport after one hour, they tell me they can't help me. In customer service, 140, they advice me first after consulting the one in charge to buy another red bull sim card and try again. Later they tell me to pay 250 rands if I would like to have my number transfer to the red bull card. And by the way I didn't even get the 200 megabites they promise every month and every time I put money in the red bull sim is eaten by I don't know what services subcribed by the previous owner of the number transfer to my red bull card. I complain to customer service and got this message on December
