Paying For Phone Calls

Hi There,
My bag was out of my car and inside that bag, among other possessions, was my Cell C 3G modem and sim card. I notified Cell C on the 27th May 2013 by email that the sim had been. My Cell C bill came for end of June and I was charged almost R 300 instead of R 98.99. After numerous emails (some ignored, all that were replied to was 2 - 3 days later!) and phone calls to their customer "service" center I was told that there were many phone calls made from the sim. I have NEVER made a phone call from that account so it is obviously the making the calls. I had informed them that the sim was on the 27th of MAY and my account for JUNE and even JULY have been over because of the phone calls. I have asked for some one to call me because I cannot keep waiting 3 days for a returned email and i have NEVER been called. Even when I called them the line went dead and no one called back despite having all my details??? This is not customer SERVICE! I will accept nothing less than a credit for the over charged amonts for phone calls made by criminals seeing as i had notified them of the sim before the phone calls were made!
