Hi I been loading data on my phone For the past 2 months and not getting any 50% in return! I called on the 2nd spoke to some lady who said I didn't qualify then said I do and then would log a query for 2.5 gigs to be credited back to me. To date no feedback has been received and I asked her to expedite cos I'm owed this date from Nov already. I call this morning and the guy I spoke to didn't sound like he was awake yet then he kept me holding then put me through to a Brenda who I had to remind I'm the client and she must not speak above me. Now I'm not being unreasonable nor am I looking to fight u for something that actually is due to me. Just give me the data you owe me and then get ur call centre Somd training on how to handle complaints give feedback and talk to unsatisfied clients, this service getting is quite appalling!
