AGAIN VODACOM

Again I have to resort to complaining on the hellopeter website to get service from Vodacom.
After a very unpleasant experience my last complaint was some what resolved then on the 1 July I was supposed to be credited with DATA for my data contract according to Bryce it would be on MyGig 2 which I am assuming means 2 gigs of data to date NOTHING I asked Bryce on Tuesday 2nd July why I have not received the data he read my email and still no response yet I know VODACOM will debit me for the full amount yet I recievd no data??? The only hope I have is to STOP the debit order so SOMEONE can call me and explain to me why they didn't credit my DATA and the person will like the person reading this jump on their high horse and explain away my issue??? HIGHLY IRRITATED!!! no wonder VODACOM has the highest volume of complaints in the cell phone industry
