A technician walks in to my place on complaint and fixes the line from outside and then come in side the premisses and tells me that that due to storm and lightning the damaged line has been fixed and now all i have to do is to BUY MY OWN DSL FILTER to start using the line again. I BOUGHT MY OWN DSL FILTER to start using the line finally and in result i am charged an UNNECESSARY CALL OUT FEE R214 EXCL VAT.
i mean what is this?
The technician gave the wrong statement to charge me just because he did cut my security alarm cables by mistake and i asked him the reconnect them.
is this fare?
i want a refund right a way?
