Take your complaint to Hello Peter its OK

I get credited on a monthly basis with R315. On Sunday I bought 500my meg data bundles which didn't appear in my balance. Thinking I must of done something wrong, I then bought another 50my meg.. I checked my balance again and still my data did not reflect yet both data bundles that I bought was deducted from my account.

Today I get an sms saying my data bundles has been depleted. I called 111 and spoke to Portia who advised me that there are some clients experiencing this problem however she can't assist mte as their systems are down so I will have to phone back. I then asked her what's going to happen if my data now starts to eat out of my airtime and she said I should turn my data connection off. I am now inconvenienced and Portia could not even give me any answers or direct me to someone who could. I also asked her could vodacom not send out communication to their clients advising them that they are experiencing systems problems etc. to which she didn't respond.

I was told to phone back in an hour, my data connection is off and when she responded with sorry for the inconvenience. I told her I'm not happy and I will take it to Hello Peter to which she replied - OK.
