GPRS Bill Incorrect

I was presented with a R5000 phone bill from the period of 10/14 - 11/14, including a R3500 GPRS bill. I track my data usage on my iPhone, and there is no possible way for me to have used this amount of data, considering I ALSO have a 1GB data bundle.

I contacted Autopage on Tuesday (19/11), and spoke to Daniel. He said that he would create a request with MTN to get a data output. I waited 2 days, and called back. I then spoke to a "D Giba", who informed me that Daniel didn't know what he was talking about, and I needed to submit a written request, with a copy of my ID and the date range, which I then did.

She assured me that I would have feedback by Friday (22/11) or Monday (25/11).

I received no feedback, and called back today, to be told that Daniel and D Giba were unavailable, but a new lady said she would assist. She put me on hold while she discussed it with the IT team, and I was disconnected.

She did not call back.

I have had multiple issues with Autopage.

I would appreciate assistance before the billing goes off, as I don't want to be debited for this amount that I am contesting.
