On the 22nd October last year [2012] I called MTN call center to ask them to add a 500MB data bundle onto my contract every month. I informed the lady that I would start with 500MB and see how it went every month to see if I change it to a higher or lower bundle. The amount was loaded immediately and I was quite satisfied with the 500MB bundle. It lasted A MONTH! The woman that I spoke to clearly didn't bother to listen to me when I said "I would like to add a 500MB data bundle onto my contract EVERY MONTH". I discovered in December that 2 months had gone by without MTN loading my 500MB data bundle and I was spending a K LOAD of money with a product I didn't have! I spoke to Brenda at the call centre (I eventually got hold of her after the call centre CUT ME OFF about 4 times!) She said she would go back to the recorded phone conversation and get back to me. She got back to me and told me it was a mistake from their side and that I would be credited! (I wonder if that call was recorded!) We are now at the end of February and I get told that my R5000 limit *GASP*, has been reached and there is no "credit" to my name. This is the last complaint I make. Next time, I'm gone!
