Report ADSL line intermitting 3 months ago Tel 011 974 4942. Had it tested and received numerous Ref no even esc. Dec 13. Very upset no no phone at all. Again new ref and again esc AS PER THE OTHER CUST'S COMPLAINTS I RECEIVED NO JOY AND POSTED MY GRIEVE ON THEIR F/BOOK ON THE 12 DEC 13, GUES WHAT NO PHONE ATT ALL all OF A SUDDEN AFTER THAT STUNT. SO IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE PUNICHISED FOR COMPLAINING DON'T, BECAUSE BIG BROTHER WILL CUT YOU OFF TOTALLY. Phoned 3 times on the 12 Dec and told the techn will be here defenitely even over the weekend. Stayed here for nothing. Came back today still no phone. O a techn was here on the 27th Dec but nobody was home. Good for you. 90% of S A were not home. Made arrangment had a person to come in they contact me to fix the line Phone 3X today for supervisor from cell. hadt o wait 20m and then 35min and then nothing. 3x lucky spoke to supervisor. Will phone back in half hour. Expired still waiting
