We've been with Telkom for years.
Since I started working from home, I had endless ADSL problems. I was told by a Telkom Sales person, that it was best to register my telephone/adsl line as my business numbers, and also I got a switchboard to help that my clients can get hold of me when there is problems on the ADSL line/phone being offline.
Well, since I spend about R3500-00 per month, I get terrible service.
If a manager at Telkom can contact me regarding this, not a supervisor they just don't get back to me at all.
I will rather use my cell phone and 3G than sit with this fuming every day, and that will cost me less
or if there is a better service provider, please contact me urgently, as enough is now totally enough!!!
