20 mins on hold

After 20 mins on hold and NOTHING. I called on 31 December 2013 and opened a query and NO feedback since. ref s3-t9bch-hmng
U remove the BIS service and there is still 2 months left on contract. No warning... no sms or even a call, just CUT!!!
Sort this out and call me with some form of feedback
