SHOCKED/ CONFUSED AND VERY ANGRY WITH MTN!!!

Upgraded in November 2012 on my contract, i wasn't happy with the phone so i took it back to be replaced with something else. I asked that it should be replaced and even if i have to pay more i dont mind im willing to do just that. I bought another cell phone cash to use in the meantime as i was advised that they don't have spare phones to borrow me in the meantime. The phone was sent as a repair and came back with a report stating that theres nothing wrong with it. I had to return it again and say i dont want it to be repaired i want it replaced. Its now almost two months that i still dont have the fone that i wanted, when i went to enquire i was told that i should pay a cancellation fee and all the installments for the remaining term which is 22 months. My account gets debited monthly for a phone i dont even have. So now i asked is this how they treat customers cos i have been with MTN for the last 12yrs and regardless of the complaints that other people had about the network i still remained loyal to them. I don't want to cancel my contract i just want the fone i know im gonna be happy with. PLEASE HELP COS I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE!!!
