I Portia Komane am complaining about the bad service from Vodacom, I bought 50smses for 25.00 on wednesday the 27-11-2013 they didn't allocate those sms bundles but they have deducted my airtime. I tried to call they have send an sms that they will come back to me within 24hours they didn't, I called again on the 2-12-2013 am still waiting for their respond. I am dissapointed they way they treat customers unfairly. I want my money or they must allocate those smses because its my money and again they must train their consultants about Treating Customer Fairly cause some they are impatient, rude etc. Email address: [Email Removed]
