I received an sms from Vodacom on 24/12/2013 stating that Mr Adnaand van Heerden will call me with regard to my complaint. REF: EC-ZHDO-28P3QD... but heard nothing from him since. Yesterday I get another sms, stating that I apprently did get a call from him and was asked to rate his service. What is going on?
