Waiting on responce from Vodacom

In August 2012 I laid a complaint with Vodacom, after having my "Pay as you go" upgraded to a "top-up" account.

Once the account was activated I received an SMS stating that I have set my data usage notification to some email adress I dont know, neither has I given any person or Vodacom the permission to do so. I am highly as I feel my right to privacy has been violated, I launched a complaint, I was phoned on a Saturday on my wedding day from Vodacom to ask about my complaint.. I told the lady I cant help her at that time as I was getting married. That was the last time I was ever contacted again by Vodacom

Not to long ago I received another phone call offering 2 phones with a 100mb data bundle and ex amount of airtime, plus gift vouchers to the total of about R3000 rand, I agreed but then decided not to proceed with it, I promptly send a sms to the Cell number from which I was phoned, stating that I am not going to persue the purchase and would like to opt-out as for provided in the Consumer Protection act. Now I am being haunted by their supplier and Vodacom.
