ADSL LINE DEAD AGAIN

My ADSL line is dead again! My reference numbers are as follow: 45BTK311213, 174BTK191213, 200BTK031213N, 27BTK060114! My line is extremly noisy today! Look at my previous complaints! There defnitely something wrong with copper cables! Please fix it now! Your service is not up to standard!!!
