Apathetic Service and Poorly Stocked

Every time I walk into this store, I am disgusted at how poorly organised and poorly stocked it is.

Today, after visiting another, trendier stationery supplier first, I decided to bite the bullet and go to CNA instead in order to save myself some money. Suffice it to say, that in future, when forced to do stationery shopping at Canal Walk, I will sooner spend the extra money than put up with the total apathy in that store.

Not only is it disorganised and not terribly clean, but the shelves are always poorly stocked - this just seems inexcusably disorganised for a store that size.

Then, despite it being lunch time (which is when most working customers will patronise the store), ONE struggling, very SLOW cashier was working. There are FIVE tills. When asked why there were no other cashiers to help, I got a simple and disinterested "They didn't come to work". The manager, Zaida, was nowhere to be seen, which I can only take as yet another sign of total disinterest. Then, of course, they only had stock of one size of shopping bag, so it became a stuggle to fit certain of my larger purchases into them.

What a waste of my time. How can a store be allowed to run to ruin like this?
