I WROTE TWO REPORTS ON THE 4TH JAN 2013 REGARDING THE TERRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THE CANAL WALK STORE, I WAS INFORMED BY BLANCHE THAT MBONGENI WILL BE HANDLING THE CASE. STILL NO RESPONSE AND I DO NOT HAVE A NEW BLACKBERRY SINCE HANDING IT IN TO THE STORE ON THE 18TH DEC 2012 EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY TWO DAYS SINCE SIGNING THE CONTRACT. AM I TO ASSUME THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT ONLY BAD IN THE CANAL WALK BRANCH BUT ACTUALLY BRANCHES DOWN FROM CELL C HEAD OFFICE ITSELF. I DO NOT THINK I WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE CONTRACT AT THIS COMPANY ANY LONGER, IF THIS IS THE TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOT ONLY WAS I SHOCKED BY THE UNPROFFESSIONAL STAFF IN THE CELL C CANAL WALK STORE AND NOW I AM RECEIVING THE SAME SERVICE AT A HIGHER LEVEL. I WANT ANSWERS ASAP!!!
