Ad attitude phone technician

I purchased a Samsung galaxy star a pep stores for my daughter the net work the phone used was Vodacom I tried loading BBM on the phone but failed after several attempts. I then decided to go in to Vodacom for assistance. The technician that help me had no sense of customer service well he was attending to my problem he was on his cell phone sending messages and receiving messages, then he told me he cant help me to install the BBM as I need a soft ware jellybean and I need to go to a Samsung shop he was not helpful at all I then went to Samsung in Clearwater mall where the tech told me all I need was a wi fi connection and then it will be loaded and they dont have wi fi which I understood as he was interested to help me guess what Cell C in clear water mall came to my rescue it was hardly 15 minutes and I was sorted. I really think Vodacom at westgate entrance 2 should do something about their technician as he will cost them more customers he did not even introduced himself to me or what so ever he just wanted to get rid of me in my opinion.
