Samsung S4 Battery problem after 2 months

My Samsung from Vodacom only 2 months old. Contract Phone. Vodacom Westgate Shopping Centre says not their problem. Samsung Shop in Clearwater Mall says buy new one or call Vodacom. Who can help, who is responsible. Why do we pay R700 per month for poor service?
