I reported a problem with my internet (Telkom is my ISP) on the 15th December (Ref number: 461CRK151213) - I only have "indicator-light" service (now it is working; now it is not; now it is working; now it is not; etc.). Up to now (28 December 2013) no attention was given to my complaint. As I am currently working from home over the festive period, this is quite a setback. When will someone attend to this matter?
