My phone has been in for repairs after it fell into the water. We have been waiting for more 14 days for the phone after receiving an sms from their Head Office that the phone has been dispatched back to the Centurion Branch. After many phone calls and many trips to the branch. To find out what is happening. They told us that the phone is somewhere with the couriers, no definate answers was given. So we are still in the dark as to what is happening. I understand that it is the festive season and for that reason it will take a bit long. But this is is too long now. I mean I do have insurance, why not just replace it. Also when we took out the insurance the cresta branch at that time never upgraded the insurance amount to the maximum that covers the whole amount of the cost of that phone.
