After contacting telkom on the 26 December 2013 to report a fault, they informed me that it was not a telkom problem, then we contacted an outside company called Umhlanga Telecomms and then they informed us that telkom has crossed our lines, meaning we have a number that does not belong to us, when i tried calling telkom on the 06 January 2014 I was on hold for more than an hour with no answer, so not only do we have to pay this outside company, we also still cannot get this issue fixed. I would like to know how does this company run a business?
