I was flagged as in arrears and thus not even being my fault. Then i get suspended the day after i made a payment. Ur collections department was full of excuses and i was to blame according to them. Now i sit without communications due to ur company not debiting on the date stipulated. Collections promised my line open within a hour. And after 3 hours, callcentre told me they see no record of it and cant do anything also talking to other whilst on the phone with me. Im bored at the silly way i get treated and will voice my concerns on all platforms possible
