I am getting sms' saying that I have a contract with 8ta and that my account is in arrears. I went to 8ta at the Bridge in Port Elizabeth, they checked for me and told me that I took three Blackberries and my address is a Joburg address. What I would like to know is how the contract was opened as I have never been to Joburg and I live in Port Elizabeth. What ID document was used, and the bankstatement and payslip as Ive never opened a contract with 8ta never been to Joburg. Please investigate and rectify, I need my name cleared.
