Mobi Moola Still NOT Providing Despite taking fund

I have sent the following email to Marelize Klein, the branch manager, after several unsuccessful calls to the call centre. I have STILL NOT BEEN ASSISTED since December 2013!!! I'm getting the "I'll get the supervisor to call"

I have been in contact with Ziyaan who has tried to assist but I am told this matter cannot be resolved till 06.01.2014.

Please look at the attached Statement.

1. The R1000 loan is now paid but over a few month's. Why is this when my instruction is to debit on 25th and your terms are from pay day to pay day?
2. Why all the random deductions of R99 some being taken three times a month?
3. Today a further R101 was taken from my account which now is to be refunded.
4. I have been trying to get a loan of R1500.00 all my debt is paid and more but now I have to wait till January!!! Does this also include the refund of R101 which was taken today?
5. I bank with Capitec and they do not allow reversal of payments without a letter from you. So at least issue me with a letter to reverse this R101 or kindly sort out the loan.

With it being Christmas this money is really urgently required.

Please can you urgently advise.
