I have a taken out a 24month contract for the Huawei E5331 Mobile 3gig Promo on the 11 April 2013 at the 8ta Store in Port Elizabeth - The Bridge. The next week during my cooling down period I had went back to the store to change my contract from the 3gig promo to the 10gig promo. I was advised to call the customer care to get the change done but once I called I was told I needed to go to the store and was sent back & forth. If this was the case I should have been told during my cooling down period more than 2 months ago when I 1st wanted to change my contract that this is not possible. On Wednesday the 19/06/2013 R527 was taken from my account from 8ta as the account seemed to be cancelled. A case was raised to refund the money and the case number is 6253577. The last communication I had was that the query is now with finance department. I have checked my account again and it appears that a further R159 was taken from my account on the 16/07/2013. All in all a total of R686 was taken out of my account by 8ta/Telkom. I am very disappointed Telkom being such a large company is finding it so difficult to come to a resolution as it is now 4 months and there seems to be no resolution.
