I have screenshots of my 23min phonecall to MTN Insurance where no one bothered to attend to my call. I am trying to update my insurance details but can't believe the shocking service (or lack thereof) that I am receiving. This is shameful, if no one gets back to me I will cancel my insurance with MTN, move to another provider and use social media to warn every single person I know about the shocking service they will receive from MTN.
