Charged incorrectly and no feedback

I've been querying a charge for "MTN Airtime subscription" on my Jet acccount since November that I have been charged for every single month since September.

I've had to phone numerous times to follow up, and was promised every time that someone would call me back. To date no one has phoned.

I haven't received my credit for the months I've been billed and I'm STILL getting charged every month. UNACCEPTABLE. Its sheds a bad light on Edcon and RMCS!
