Shocking service from Absa Insurance Company

Last week Sunday lighting hit our electric fence and burnt out the fence. I lodged the complaint on Monday last week and was informed by the consultant that because it is weather related, I can get it fixed and send them the bill. I did this and since then, I cannot get hold of anyone. No answers my emails or answers the phones. I eventually got hold of someone yesterday after hanging on for over an hour to speak to someone. She then told me that the process that was explained to me last week is incorrect and they need to first appoint an accessor. I then told her to look for the recording as I was instructed by the consultant to get the unit fixed. Then she phoned the accessor asking when they will call me and they had no record of my documents, meaning that Absa Insurance did nothing with my claim and ignored the invoice I sent them. I sent the invoice and details through the the new consultant (Marinda from west rand) and again, no response to my email and no one answers my call. I have been waiting now for over 20 minutes to speak to Marinda just to follow up. This is so shocking.
