I have been billed for the last 8 months for a phone MTN no longer insures, and I cannot get hold of the insurance department - they NEVER answer their phones.
I have logged this on hellopeter recently (https:///mtn/complaints/insurance-department-shocking-1295551) (REQ:3132244), but no-one has got back to me.
MTN, I'm going to hold you in breech and cancel my contract if you don't sort this out immediately - this has been going on for a month!
PLEASE SORT IT OUT. I'm furious.
