Elizabeth Elight bought a lounge suite and a spacesaver on 17th Dec 2012, for R4800. The goods were delivered on 22nd Dec. The lounge suite was too big. Sarika changed the 3 piece for 2x2 seater and she promised to deliver 2x1 seater for an additional R500, to which i agreed to pay. The cupboards were broken and she promised to replace them in January. The cupboard is still standing in my house. My husband phoned Sleep king yesterday. Sarika refused to change the cupboard. She said that they do not exchange and do not refund. Please help
