After holding forever for Vodacom, I get through to an agent who asks me a million and one questions.

He gets it wrong the first time, then asks to speak to the account holder. After wasting my time, he then says he can't help me as I got a question wrong? I have two accounts that I pay on debit order, seriously must I know ever detail to the T.

Quick to complain or give advise if you want money!

ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHEN MY CONTRACT ENDED, NOT ANYTHING PERSONAL OR .

I then spoke to the manager on the floor who was a great help.

All I wanted was a cancellation date!
I mean come on!!!

Even the manger was shocked at the way he reacted.
Cannot wait for my contract to end.
