I had a problem with my Internet connection for days, and this became extremely frustrating due to the fact that i quite rely on my internet connection as a means of communicating abroad. I called into their call center many times, and never got assisted the way Emkay helped me out. He went as far as calling me back and even sending me emails to ensure that my query had been sorted. He even went as far as calling telkom to get my line sorted. He truly is amazing, and an extremely valuable asset to the company.
