I am on an MTN Anytime 100 contract. Included in this package is R100 value of airtime and 100mb of data per month. I have set a call limit on my contract to avoid over expenditure. I have reached my call limit but I cannot use my data bundle to access the internet, whatsapp, emails etc. Yes my phone has been soft-locked, but this should be purely for calls, I should still be able to access the internet and make use of my available data bundle balance. This is what was told to me when I signed the contract. I am frustrated and hope that MTN can resolve this issue.
