I believe I may have been robbed by a teller at the Vodacom shop in OR Tambo airport. I was charged R105 for a simple pay-as-you-go simcard with NO airtime, but have since been informed that this is almost 10 times the actual price for such an item. Since I can't believe that Vodacom would intentionally try rip-off new foreign customers as they arrive at the airport, I can only assume that the teller over-charged me and pocketed the extra cash. If this is not the case, then I have been robbed by Vodacom - for a simcard in any other store is no more than R20 at the most! Please contact me to resolve this.
