My internet connection has been unworkably slow for the last 2 days. Upon phoning helpdesk, I went through the troubleshooting procedure, and when nothing was resolved, I was told that technical support was not available until monday, meaning that work would only START on my problem two days after reporting it. What is the point of having a helpdesk if they can't help? Upon asking for someone to escalate this to, I was placed on hold and forgotten. This isn't the first time I've gotten this kind of service, and it's enough now. As of tomorrow I am switching to another provider.
