VODACOM UNAUTHORISED CONTRACT ON MY EXISTING ACC

To whom it may concern

I noted an unauthorised top up contract on my existing Vodacom account and queried the same with call ref: 323954564 and service request ref: S3-T9-A6G-G6VW. Spoke to Phulisile Sibeko at Contract Dept. on 082 111.

To date I have not received any feedback regarding the above matter, and was advised the turn around time is 24-48 hours.

I would like the unauthorised contract to be removed from my Vodacom account as well as refund the amount debited from my bank account.
