I was debited an additional R181 on my Vodacom data account in Oct 2013. On enquiring, I was advised that I had opted in to a service with Mira Networks. I do not opt into any service via an electronic channel (SMS/email/website) due to the high number of activities taking place on these channels. I requested Vodacom to cancel this service & to refund this amount to me as this was being billed on my Vodacom account. I was given a reference number of #5463314, and to date no refund has taken place and a further debit has taken place in Nov. Refund me the two debits and remove me from the Mira Netorks database! If this was not a two year contract with Vodacom, I would cancel this agreement immediately! Vodacom, I've "ported" from your network to MTN and I should have stayed far away from your products.
