I applied for a contract on a Blackberry 9720 which was on offer for R149.00 per month on the 18th December 2013.This was rejected and the reason given was "No transact internal errors detail found" They then gave a list of what I can do, all being "Top up" or Prepaid.I already have a prepaid phone with them for many years so why would I want more?! I asked them what this 'No transact error' was, nobody knew. I phoned their help lines and asked the same question, they didn't know. One of them said it must mean that PicknPay had to call 'acquisition' and give a dealers code.I went back to the lady that helped me and told them what they said, she said thats wrong.
I was planning on taking my existing MTN contract to Vodacom which I've had for over 2 years but decided to first try get a new one with Vodacom.I've also had a contract with Virgin phone for over 3 years.
My problem is not with the lady I dealt with in Greenstone PicknPay as she was very sweet.Whoever does the applications for Vodacom is the one I have an issue with! If there was something I didn't supply in my application I would gladly have rectified it.My bank statements have never had anything 'returned'.
