How to NOT use your service you paid fo

I bought an one day internet bundle. After activating it, I got a message stating that there was an error and I should try again later to activate it. I tried later and it only gave me an option to deactivate it. I phoned the call centre and they mentioned that it was active. But I still couldn't use it on 2 computers. Very unhappy. Its a well R50 wasted
