Dayligh - R50 uncapped internet bundle

on Saturday the 19th of October 2013 i bought a R50 Mtn internet bundle which cost me R50 out of my own pocket even though i have a contract with Mtn and get R200 airtime i still had to buy an additional R50 for the 1 Day uncapped bundle which is a they actually just give you 150mb which i only found out afterwards and after that you are supposed to have 128kbps internet which only gets up to 2kbps max. I then cancelled the bundle which i just paid 50 for and then tried to download the last 25mb of my episode which cost me an additional R100 .Thats ridiculous! and when i called the call centre they tell me its my problem i should have gone to the website and read the terms and conditions. Mtn i should of stayed with Cell C and i have only been with MTN a month and im Dissappointed with this and the poor service and knowlege their call Centre agents have. I urge people to go to Cell C or Vodacom and i will take this further on Facebook and Twitter... I feel Mtn customers get ripped off and i will try and cancel my contract today as i am very dissapointed and unhappy...!! I mean R150 for an episode of Vampire Diaries which should only of costed me R50!!! call Centre!
