Received a call to order a cell c data bundle sim card r99 per month. Was delivered 16/01/2013. Phoned 084145 option 3 as directed to activate sim card. Voice says office hours 8-8pm. Sorry u late. My call was made at 17.15 to call centre. Website cell direct says 8-10pm. So what are the office hours and why can't cell c decide what they are on their own voice message. Now Im stuck with a sim card that I can not activate. They can come and fetch it and I will stick with Mtn and vodacom. Not very helpful at all and wasted my airtime phoning the call centre.
