I had my Telkom ADSL Internet line for some time now. I pay my monthly fees for the telephone line and the internet service in time. My problem is that the internet connection is only available a few days per month. The telephone line is noisy and then there is no internet access. I report it several times per month. Then one technician came out and work on the line. Then it is fine. Not even two days later then the problem is back again. This is carrying on like this now for months. Why do I pay all the fees and do not even have the use of a service for at least a few days a month. I am so angry. Why can't they just fix the problem.
