The staff at Nashua mobile Ballito are totally oblivious to good customer service and proper behavior in the work place. On Saturday 30/11/13 at about 16:30 I went to the shop to pay my bill. I stood at the counter where a woman asked if she could help. I told her that I wanted to pay my bill. She called someone else to help me. The next lady came to the till and totally ignored me, as if she was doing me a favor. After about a minute she acknowledges me by saying "I'll be with u in a minute" NOW FOR THE REALLY PART!!! In June I had cancelled my fone insurance, however till date I have still been charged for it. I had queried it in aug/sept some time. Clair had helped me. She assured me that it had been sorted out, and I would be credited for the past 3 months. My insurance was not cancelled until this month and no credit too. Frankly I have had it with Nashua mobile and this will be my last year with them. Come next year I can give my R500 a month so some other company that can take the time to help and deliver positive results. I was also told that I would receive a call today, since the account department is closed on Sundays, but to my expectation, there was no call.
