I have had one of the premier uncapped accounts with Iburst for the last 16 months. Recently my connection has refused to accept downloads from torrent sites. Taking my computer and modem in to the agency they can see the problem I'm having but have no idea how to resolve it.
There is no point having this type of account if downloading is being blocked. When asking what my options are i was told i would need to carry on paying R599 until my contract expired or pay R2500 as an early severance penalty.
I must pay for their service not being up to scratch or what was promised.
