Im without the phone for the past 3weeks. My samsang s4 that I bought from boulders midrand had the battery problem. I took it to the store in cell c boulders. I dont get any feedback regarding the matter iv called on the 30th for them to return my fone whether repaired or not. Im being taken from pilar to post. My friend had the same problem and contacted samsung directly her battery was replaced the next day. I need my phone back since well you cannot assist me. I.
