My 24 month contact with mtn came to end therefore i had to migrate my currently contracted number over to prepaid. I went into the canal walk branch to have them switch me over but it was new years and the call canter was closed the consultant then told me to phone then the next day which I did. I called them and was put on hold for 50mins with NO result which is absolutely pathetic!!! I phoned again later the afternoon and was on hold for 30 min with no result!!! I then phoned again today 3 Jan '14 and was put on hold for 1.hr 45min and no one had still taken my call!!!
This is absolutely disgusting! Having phoned over 5 times and being put on hold continuously and still not having achieve what needed to be done.
Upset customer!!!
