Disgusting Customer Service

A few months back my girlfriend and i went to Vodacoms Canal walk branch to upgrade our blackberry contracts to the Note2. Steven is the name of the sales guy tasked with assisting us. He kicked off the process with identifying what package i wanted then let me chase him down for a week only to find out he hasn't followed up with "finance". Ultimately i left it for a later date as i was too annoyed to have to go there again, and selected to go to Cavendish branch rather as its not the first time they stuff up something of mine there.

Steven then told us that the new package will kick in month end on my girlfriends Note2, which it never did. after a month of fighting with them and customer care we found that he assigned the wrong deal to her. Now we must fork out all this money for a contract we never asked for. Now for the last two months Vondaom and Vodacare have been passing the buck between themselves and Steven presents a nonchalant attitude.

When we finally get hold of a "supervisor" she seems extremely unqualified to assist! Always asking other staff and looking extremely lost, ad as a result we achieve absolutely nothing. All we want is the deal we agreed on!
